In the Shellfish Capital of Denmark you can join oyster safaris with a biologist from Danish Shellfish Center or the Oyster King. At the Shellfish Center you have the opportunity to see the oyster hatchery and have a look at the mussel farm out on the fjord. You can see the shellfish by jumping in some waders and walk out in from the beach or with a snorkel out on the open water. You can also experience our wonderful shellfish with a chef and a cook book in the kitchen.
